These two roads run north from the Bridge. Carlton Road is lined by Harrold Country Park on the eastern side and by Harrold Playing Field and the Cemetery opposite, There are just two houses in this road.

After the junction with the High Street the road continues as Odell Road with open countryside on one side and a mixture of houses and the Fire Station on the other.
